How to Enable Split Tickets
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → General Settings.
Scroll to the Split Tickets section, where you can configure the following:
Split Ticket Every X Pieces (enter "0" for no limit).
Split Tickets by Slot Space (enter "0" for no limit).
Split Tickets by Section (toggle on to enable).
Press Submit to save your changes.
Using the Split Tickets Feature
As you add items to an order, the system will automatically split the tickets based on the rules you’ve configured, such as exceeding a set number of pieces or slot space.
🪄 Tip: The number of pieces will be displayed on the New Order page when editing the order. If the system initiates a split, a toggle will appear showing the split details. You can manually turn off this toggle to cancel the split and keep all items and services on a single ticket.
