Split Tickets

Orders can now be split within the system based on the following rules.

  • Split by piece count

  • Split by section

  • Split by both of the above

To use this feature, you will need to do the following:

1. Go to Settings > Admin > Workflow > General Settings once you are on this page, you will find the below settings. You can then decide on how you want it split.

2. Scroll to the bottom, and select update. Once you have updated, you can then start adding your items, which will automatically start splitting once more than x amount of pieces have been added.
