Setting up your store's opening hours in CleanCloud is simple and can be updated at any time. You only need to configure them once, but they can be changed whenever needed.
How to Set or Edit Opening Hours
Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Store Info
Locate the Opening Hours section and click Add Time Slot to enter your hours
Click Submit to apply the changes
Please note: If you are using the Contactless Orders feature, make sure your opening hours are configured beforehand.
⚠️ Important – Updated Method
The previous way of setting opening hours by manually entering text in Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Store Info is being phased out. Please use the Add Time Slot tool described above to ensure your opening hours are saved correctly going forward.
Stores that have not yet migrated to the new method may lose this information in a future update.
