Learn how to edit and view staff hours in CleanCloud, including how to correct times and track changes made to recorded hours.

Efficiently manage and adjust employee work hours recorded through CleanCloud's clock-in/out feature. Follow the steps below to edit and view staff hours effectively.


How to Edit Staff Hours

Admins can correct errors in clock-in or clock-out times by following these steps:

  1. Access Recorded Hours: Navigate to Settings → Users → View Hours.

  2. Edit Hours:

    • Select the recorded time to open the edit interface.

    • Adjust the clock-in or clock-out times as needed.

  3. Recalculation: Once adjusted, the system will automatically recalculate the total hours worked.


How to View Edits Made to Staff Hours

CleanCloud tracks edits to staff hours starting from January 16th, 2025, at 9:40 PM GMT. Edits made prior to this date are not logged. To check edits:

  1. Navigate to Staff Hours: Go to Settings → Users → View Hours.

  2. Check Notes Column: If hours have been edited, the Notes column will display “Edited” in blue.

  3. View Edit History: Click the blue “Edited” link to open a popup showing:

    • Recent edits

    • The name of the person who made the changes

    • Details of the changes
