The Secure Sales Lock feature ensures that orders cannot be edited or deleted within a specific date range, as defined by the account Admin. This helps maintain the integrity of your sales records during the locked period.


How to Set Up Secure Sales Lock

  1. Navigate to Admin → Store Settings → Security.

  2. Enable the option Disable Order’s Edit and Deletion During the Selected Time Frame.

  3. Set up the desired time frame for the lock.

Once set, if a staff member tries to edit or delete an order within the locked period, a message will appear, preventing the action.
