Using the CleanCloud Mailbox Feature

The CleanCloud Mailbox is a great feature that allows you to see messages from your customers and respond to them quickly and efficiently.

You can access your mailbox by clicking the message icon at the top right corner of your screen. The icon will have a notification badge if you have a message.

The mailbox checks for new messages every two minutes, so you can quickly respond to customers. You can view the customer's response history (if someone else has already responded) and reply directly from CleanCloud.

Deleting a Message

The CleanCloud inbox offers you the ability to delete messages and track any messages that have been deleted.

To go ahead and delete a message, just click the trash can icon beside the message. To view any deleted messages, check the box labelled “View Deleted” to bring up a list of messages that have been deleted.
