The CleanCloud AI Agent is a new feature available to customers on Grow plans. Designed to assist with customer inquiries directly on your website, the AI Agent provides automated responses based on your store’s pricing, hours, and closure dates, ensuring accurate information is delivered in real time.
Whether you're aiming to improve response times or reduce repetitive tasks, the AI Agent offers an efficient way to support your customers 24/7.
📌 Note: The AI Agent responds to general questions about your business on your website once configured. It does not integrate with the CleanCloud Inbox or deliver real-time order updates to customers.
How It Works
Once enabled, the AI Agent uses a built-in setup wizard in your CleanCloud account to guide you through configuration. During setup, you will:
Create your business knowledge base: Answer recommended customer support questions about your services, pricing, booking links, and store information using a pre-made template.
Connect store data: Link your price list, opening hours, and closure dates to keep the AI Agent automatically updated.
Customize content and tone: Edit all responses and control the tone of replies through a dedicated, fully editable knowledge base.
The system supports ongoing improvement. You can review conversation history, identify gaps in responses, and update content as needed. The AI Agent becomes more effective over time as it learns from interactions.

How to Activate
Contact CleanCloud Support to enable the AI Agent for your account. Activation may take up to 48 hours.
Once activated, go to Settings → Admin → AI Agent.
Click Create Knowledge Base to begin setup.
Confirm your business information by adding the following details:
Business Type: Choose your business type (e.g., Dry Cleaning, Laundromat, Alterations, Shoe Cleaning). This determines the recommended template used during setup.
Website Link: Enter the URL of your main website.
Web Booking Tool Link: Provide the link to your customer login or booking page. This will automatically sync with the AI Agent but can be edited anytime.
Pricing Page Link: Add the URL to your pricing page. Editable after setup.
Phone Number: Pre-filled from your account; you can update it as needed.
Email Address: Also synced automatically but editable at any time.
Select your store data: Choose your price list, store hours, and closure dates.
Train the AI Agent: Answer the preselected FAQs to help the AI Agent respond accurately to customer inquiries.
Deploy the AI Agent on your website:
If you're using CleanCloud's Website Builder ↗️, you can easily add the chatbot within the builder interface.
For external websites, copy and paste the provided script into the pages where you want the chatbot to appear.
Press Submit to save your changes.
📌 Note: Store data changes made in CleanCloud may take up to 15 minutes to sync with the AI Agent.
What Happens Next
Once setup is complete, customers will see a chat bubble on your website. They can interact with the AI Agent just like live support, receiving instant answers to frequently asked questions.
Edit Knowledge Base: At any time, you can go to Settings → Admin → AI Agent → Edit Knowledge Base to update content, change your price list, or adjust business hours and closure dates.
Review Recent Conversations: All customer interactions are logged in the AI Agent dashboard. You can review conversations, see when they started, and view the number of messages exchanged.
