How to Embed Your AI Agent (Beta)

Learn how to embed the CleanCloud AI Agent on your website using the Website Builder or a custom script for external sites.

After enabling the CleanCloud AI Agent (Beta) ↗️ on your account, you can deploy it on your website in two ways:

Once setup is complete, a chat bubble will display on your website. Customers can interact with the AI Agent just like live support, receiving instant answers to frequently asked questions.


How to Add the AI Agent in Your CleanCloud Website

If your website is built using CleanCloud Website Builder ↗️, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Hosted Website.

  2. A new tab will open with your website.

  3. In the top-right corner, enable the Edit Page toggle.

  4. Click the ⚙️ Website Settings icon at the top left.

  5. From the menu, select Chat Bot Settings.

  6. Set Enable Chat Bot to Yes.

You’ll now see several customization options:

  • Chat Header Title: Text shown in the chat header.

  • Greeting Message: Enable or disable the initial greeting.

  • Greeting Message Text: The bot’s first message to users.

  • Open Chat on Greeting: If set to Yes, the chat window opens automatically once per session.

  • Greeting Delay: Set a delay (in milliseconds) before the greeting appears (e.g., 5000 for 5 seconds).

  • Chat Bubble Color: Customize the chat bubble color.

  • Chat Header Color

  • Chat Background Color

  • User Message Background Color

  • Bot Message Background Color

  • Chat Bubble Icon: Upload an image to use for the chat bubble.

  • Chat Header Icon: Upload an image for the chat header.

✅ After making changes, click the green Save button in the top-right corner.

You can return at any time to enable, disable, or update your AI Agent’s appearance and behavior.


Embedding the AI Agent on an External Website

If your website was built outside of CleanCloud:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → AI Agent → Embed the AI Bot on your Website.

  2. Copy the provided script.

  3. Paste it into the HTML of any page where you want the chatbot to appear.

This gives you full control over where and how the AI Agent is displayed on your site.


Managing Content and Conversations

  • Edit Knowledge Base: Go to Settings → Admin → AI Agent → Edit Knowledge Base to update content, change your price list, or adjust store hours and closure dates.

  • Review Conversations: All customer interactions are logged in the AI Agent dashboard. You can view when each conversation started and how many messages were exchanged.
