Manage and edit your products and prices under Settings → Products. On this page, you can edit details of existing products, delete them, or add new ones.

Product Overview

By clicking the pencil icon next to a product name, you can access the product details and modify its details.

Product Details

Product Name
Section: The section on the New Order page where this product will be assigned.
Button Image: Choose an icon from our gallery or upload one from your device.
Overlay Text: Additional text is displayed beneath the button image on the New Order page for quick product identification.

Product Type

Normal: Standard product added as a quantity.
Parent: Main product with child products attached; displays child products in a popup when clicked.
Weight: Weight-based product where weight is entered manually.
Price per square meter/feet: For area-based pricing.
Gift Card: Special product type for online and physical gift cards.

Pricing

Price: Standard price per unit of the product.
Express Price: Price applied when the Express switch is activated for rush orders.
Cost Price: Amount charged to you by external services, used for tracking profitability.
Minimum Price: Minimum charge for the product, useful for ensuring minimum charges like laundry per pound.

Additional Settings

Pieces per Product: Number of garment tags printed per product, influencing reporting and tag printing.
Extra Days: Additional days added to the default order ready-by date for products requiring longer processing times.
Order: Sequence in which the product appears on the New Order page; lower numbers appear first.
ID / SKU: Unique identifier or stock-keeping unit.
Release Form: Automatically selects a release form to print on the receipt when this item is added to an order.
Slot Space: Amount of space the item occupies in a conveyor slot; relevant for systems like Metalprogetti conveyor.
Conveyor Priority: Priority level for item extraction in the conveyor system; higher priority items are extracted first.
Conveyor Bag: Specific requirements for handling in conveyor systems.
Active: Toggle to enable or disable the product; disabled products do not appear in orders.
Online: Toggle to display the product in your Online Store or Pickup and Delivery App.
Require Heat Seal: Prompts staff to add a heat seal barcode before adding the item to the order.
Tax Exempt: Exempts the product from sales tax if applicable.

To apply changes, click the blue Update button at the bottom of the product list box.

Quick Pricing Adjustments

To quickly update the Price or Express Price for a specific product, simply click on the current price, enter the new value, and press Enter.

Note: This adjustment affects both the default and custom Price Lists.
