How to Add and Manage Products and Prices in CleanCloud

Learn how to create, edit, and organize your products and pricing in CleanCloud.

Overview

You can easily add, manage, and edit products and prices from Settings → Products.

This page allows you to:

  • Add new products

  • Edit existing ones

  • Adjust pricing

  • Organize your product list for efficient order management


Adding or editing products

How to add a product

  1. Go to Settings → Products.

  2. Click Add Product in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in the required details (see the field descriptions below).

  4. Click Add Product to save.

✍️ To edit a product, click the pencil icon next to the product name to update or modify its details.


Product details

Field

Description

Product Name

The name of your product as it will appear in the POS.

Section

The section or category where this product appears on the New Order page.

Button Image

Choose an icon from the gallery or upload your own image.

Overlay Text

Optional text displayed under the product button for quick identification.


Product types

Type

Description

Normal

Standard product added by quantity.

Parent

A main product with child products that appear in a popup when selected.

Weight

For weight-based products, where weight is entered manually.

Price per Square Meter/Feet

For area-based pricing.

Gift Card

Used to sell physical or digital gift cards.

Add Customer Credit

Used to sell store credit. Combine with custom multipliers to offer promotions or loyalty rewards.

Update: Pricing improvements now allow customers to see how prices are calculated, such as Wash Dry Fold – $2.50/lb.


Pricing fields

Field

Description

Price

The standard price per unit.

Express Price

The price for rush or express orders when the Express toggle is active.

Cost Price

The amount charged to you (used for profit tracking).

Minimum Price

Ensures minimum charges for services such as laundry per pound.


Additional settings

Setting

Description

Pieces per Product

Number of garment tags printed per product.

Extra Days

Adds extra days to the ready-by date for products needing more processing time.


📌 Note: This feature does not apply to orders placed through the customer app. It only works in the web tool or POS.

Order

Determines the order in which the product appears on the New Order page.

ID / SKU

Unique identifier or stock-keeping unit for the product.

Release Form

Automatically prints a release form when this product is added to an order.

Slot Space

Defines the space an item occupies in a conveyor slot.

Conveyor Priority

Sets the extraction priority for conveyor systems.

Conveyor Bag

Specifies handling instructions for conveyor systems.

Skip Conveyor

Prevents the product from being sent to Auto Assembly Conveyors.

Active

Toggles the product’s availability. Inactive products won’t appear online or in POS.

Online

Displays the product in your Online Store or Pickup & Delivery App. Uncheck this to make a POS-only product.

Require Heat Seal

Prompts staff to add a heat seal barcode.

Tax Exempt

Exempts the product from sales tax.

After making changes, click the blue Update button at the bottom of the page to apply them.

📌 Note: You cannot create a product that appears only online without appearing in the POS.

  • To make a product POS-only, uncheck the Online toggle.

  • If a product is Inactive, it won’t appear online even if the Online toggle is enabled.


Quick pricing adjustments

You can quickly update product prices directly from the Products page:

  1. Click the current Price or Express Price field.

  2. Enter a new value.

  3. Press Enter to save.

📌 Note: This change applies to both the default and custom Price Lists.
