  • You'll need to input your products into this sheet. Once you have inputted all the relevant product names, you'll then need to establish the following:

    • Section ID - The section in which this product will appear. Make sure you have the sections set up in your POS, by going to Settings > Products > Sections. Then you can find the relevant section IDs for each section on the importing tool page.

    • Price - The price which you would charge the customer.

    • Price Express - If you offer a rush/express service within your store, then add in a price for the product for the same/next day service. If you do not offer this within your store, then just copy the same normal price over to this column.

    • Pieces - The piece amount for each product. The piece amount is used to instruct your tag printer how many tags should be printed. For example, for a 2 piece suit, you would enter in 2 in the pieces column.

    • Once you have inputted the relevant info relating to this import, you will then need to download this file in a CSV format by going to File -> Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv)

    • Then go back to the importing tool where you'll then need to import this file and click on the green submit button.
