Easily access and download valuable data exports from the Metrics page for comprehensive reporting.

The Metrics page gives you the ability to download various types of data exports, which can be very useful for presenting reports. Customize your data range and select specific stores for multi-store operations.

Access this tool through Settings > Metrics > Data Export.

Customers on Grow or Grow+ plans can automate selected reports by scheduling report generation and email delivery through the Report Export Scheduler feature.

Export Types Explained

Customers

Here is a list of all your customers providing information such as contact information, date of registration, and more.

Customers With No Recent Orders

This list shows customers who have not placed an order with you within the date you've chosen. The data shown will reflect these orders.

Deactivated Customers

Here is a compilation of customers who have been removed from the system, along with their information.

Orders (Sales)

This export includes both paid and unpaid orders. It contains detailed information about every order, including which staff member was responsible for completing the order.

Orders (Revenue)

Here is a list of orders that have already been paid. Each order includes information detailing the transaction.


Note: The Order (Sales) and Orders (Revenue) reports will include a column for section IDs. These IDs correspond to the sections you've created in your account, like laundry, dry cleaning, or others.

Invoices

You can view a list of invoices, along with the date they were created and their payment status.

Invoice Payments

You can view a list of invoices that have been paid along with the payment date and method.

Items (Sales)

A list of items that have been placed into an order. You will also see various columns inside this export, including any item notes and the customer's details. The items that are displayed will be from a combination of paid orders and unpaid orders.

Items (Revenue)

A list of items that have been place into an order. You will also see various columns inside this export, including any item notes and the customer's details. The items that are displayed will be from paid orders only.

Order Edits History

A list of orders that have been edited by anyone. In this export, you will see the order IDs, date of edit and much more.

Products And Prices

A list of all your products and prices. You will see what section each product belongs to, as well as the piece count.

Cash Up History

You can find a list of completed cash-ups and all the related information for each one in this export.

Pay-outs

A list of pay-outs that have been taken from the cash register. This may include any money taken from the cash register when assigning an order to a washer/dryer if you have the 'Assigning Orders Requires Cash Drawer Payout' option enabled.

Pay-ins

A list of pay-ins that have been put into the cash register. This may include any additional income outside of order processing. For example, if you wanted to put some additional change into the drawer.

Adjustments Report

A list of any edits that have been made to any orders.

Consolidated Orders

A total of orders for a day.

Consolidated Sales

A total of sales for a day.

Staff Hours

A list of your staff with their clocking in/out times. There will be a separate section that will state their totals.

Business Accounts

A list of all your business accounts along with their details.

Garment Summary

This report offers an exported file detailing garment breakdown per order.

Machines Activity

A comprehensive report outlining your machine's operations. Includes Order ID, process details, staff assignments, temperature, start and end times, and more.

Credits

This report provides a list of credits issued, indicating the date, staff member's name, customer amount, and the reason provided.


Tip: This data can also be found in Metrics > Overview > Credit Given.
