Metrics Page Explained

This article provides an overview of each section on our metrics page and explains their functions.

With your CleanCloud subscription, you gain 24/7 access to advanced reporting. The system dynamically tracks and evaluates various aspects of your store, staff, and products through the Metrics Tool.


How to Access the Metrics Page

Accessing the Metrics Page is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings dropdown by clicking the three lines in the top-left corner.

  2. Select Metrics.

And that’s it - you’re now on the Metrics Page!

Access to the Metrics Page is limited to administrators and users with specific permissions. This restriction prevents regular staff from viewing sensitive performance statistics related to the store or business.


Metrics Sections Explained

🪄 Tip: Throughout the metrics page, in the top right corner, you have the option to select the time frame for the displayed data. You can choose from our pre-set time frames or create a custom time frame.

1. Dashboard

The dashboard is where you're able to view the overall statistics of how well your store is doing that day by displaying Orders, Pieces, Sales, Revenue, Cleaned, and Completed, as well as various other graphs showing the data graphically over time.


2. Overview

The Overview Page displays the overall statistics of your store in a table format, you can also select the time span of the data displayed in the top right of this page.


3. Revenue

On the Revenue Page, you can view your store’s revenue, which reflects the money already received, excluding any outstanding balances (Unpaid Orders). This information is presented in both a graph and a table format. You’ll also see a breakdown of payment methods, showing how much was paid by card, cash, cheque, and other methods.


4. Unpaid

The Unpaid Section shows the total value of unpaid orders. You can use the filter in the top-right corner to view the value of orders at each outstanding stage, allowing for a detailed look at unpaid balances throughout the payment process.


5. Orders

On the Orders page, you can view the total number of orders your store has processed. In this section, you’ll also find a Sales column, which displays a combination of both paid and unpaid amounts, providing a comprehensive view of your store’s sales activity.


6. Customers

The Customer Section allows you to assess the overall health of your customer base, including a list of customers with no recent orders. Additionally, by hovering over a customer’s name, you can easily access their CRM profile for more in-depth details.


7. Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section gives you the ability to see: a summary of all the subscriptions you offer, payments, unpaid subscriptions, and subscription cancellations.


8. Top Selling Items

The Selling Items Section within Metrics presents a comprehensive list of the top-performing items, showcasing the ones that have generated the highest sales compared to other products.

⚠️ Data Warning ⚠️
For products priced based on weight, the system doesn’t treat them as individual items or pieces. Consequently, they won’t be displayed in Metrics > “Top Selling Items.” Only products measured by unit quantity or individual items will be shown.


9. Top Selling Sections

Access which sections of your business have performed the best in terms of most sales in comparison to other sections.


10. Staff Hours

This is where you can view the working hours of all your staff. If necessary, you can also adjust their clocking in and out times. To do this, simply click on the time you want to modify.


11. Staff Performance

The ability to access various types of information relating to your staff's activity. You will be able to see: staff sales, credit history, discount history, user edits, deletions, and cash up history.


12. Driver Statistics

Use the Driver Statistics section of Metrics to view the total number of pickups and deliveries handled by your drivers through the CleanCloud Driver app.


13. Popular Times

This is where you can see the busiest times when customers place orders. This information will help you strategize for your business operations.


14. Business Accounts

The business account table contains all of your business accounts, providing an overview of their overall health, including sales, orders, and some contact information.


15. Washers And Dryers

This feature is only applicable to users who access the Machines Page On this page, you’ll be able to view usage information specific to your machines.


16. Advertising

This is a new section added to the metrics that displays detailed advertising information that would be helpful in assessing the success of your campaigns. This information will only be displayed if you are using our advertiser tracking code chunk.


17. Weight processed

The Weight Processed section of Metrics precisely displays the weight that has been processed. It also includes the most popular times and days. Please note that the Weight Processed section of Metrics utilizes the time stamps when an order is marked as Cleaned.


18. Cleaning

The cleaning section of metrics is helpful so you can view the number of times each product has undergone the Cleaning stage in the order processing sequence.


19. Inventory

This table displays a table showing the inventory within you CleanCloud store.


20. Reviews

This section of metrics displays the reviews received by customers. This would be a good way to assess overall customer satisfaction or CSAT.


21. Data Export

In the sidebar of the Metrics tool, you’ll find a Data Export option. This feature allows you to conveniently export various types of data for reporting and analysis.
