Overview Page in Metrics

Get a quick overview of key metrics and detailed breakdowns for your business in one place, including multi-store summaries & daily reports.

The Overview page in CleanCloud Metrics provides a comprehensive snapshot of daily operations. Accessible via Settings → Metrics → Overview, this page offers a streamlined view of key performance indicators for a selected date range, with the current day set by default.

You can adjust the date range from the top right corner to include additional days.


Key Metrics Summary

At the top of the Overview page, you'll find a summary of the following metrics for the selected date range:

  • Orders

  • Pieces

  • Value

  • Discounts Used

  • Credit Used

  • Payouts

  • Paid

  • Unpaid

  • Orders Cleaned

  • Pieces Cleaned

  • Revenue

A Print Today's Report button is available to print this summary using your receipt printer.


Detailed Information

Below the summary, the page provides a detailed breakdown of various operational aspects, including:

  • Cash Ups: Daily cash transactions.

  • Revenue Breakdown: Detailed revenue analysis.

  • Order Issues: Overview of any issues with orders.

  • Overdue Orders: List of orders that are overdue.

  • To Be Cleaned - Ready by Today: Orders that need to be cleaned and ready by today.

  • To Be Cleaned - Ready by Tomorrow: Orders that need to be cleaned and ready by tomorrow.

  • Credit Given: Amount of credit issued.

  • Discount Given: Details of discounts applied.

  • Credit Used: Amount of credit redeemed.

  • Discount Used: Details of discounts applied.

  • Deleted Orders: List of orders that have been deleted.

  • Refunded Orders: Overview of orders that have been refunded.

  • Staff Performance: Analysis of staff performance, including orders processed, sales, and revenue generated by each staff member.

  • Payouts: Details of payouts made.

  • Promo Codes Used: Summary of promo codes applied.

  • Referral Codes Used: Summary of referral codes used.

  • Loyalty Points Claimed: Details of loyalty points redeemed.

  • Tips: Overview of tips received.

  • Reviews: Customer reviews.


Multi-Store Summary

At the very bottom of the page, there's a Multi-Store Summary. If you have multiple stores in CleanCloud, you can see key data related to orders, revenue, and more for each store.

A checklist icon on the right side of each store provides a further breakdown of this information, with the option to print a daily report in A4 format.
