User Permissions Guide

Learn how to manage user permissions in CleanCloud, including editing orders, managing invoices, and controlling access to features.

When adding new staff members to CleanCloud, you can set specific permissions for their user accounts. These permissions determine what actions they can perform within the system. As an admin, you can also adjust these permissions as needed.

To manage user permissions, go to Settings β†’ Users β†’ Manage User Accounts.

Here's a breakdown of the different permission types:

Edit Orders

Users can create and edit orders, including paid or completed ones. This includes copying orders, marking them as cleaned or ready, and processing payments. They can also modify items, payment types, and dates.

Edit Complete Orders

Users can edit orders that have been completed.

Edit Paid Orders

Users can only edit orders that have been paid.

Edit Price List of Order & Customer

Users can modify the price list associated with orders and customer profiles.

Delete Orders

Users can delete orders from the Cleaning page.

Add Discounts to Orders

Users can apply discounts to orders on the New Order Page or by copying orders.

Add Discounts to Customers

Users can apply discounts to customer profiles.

Add Credits to Customers

Users can apply credits to customer profiles.

Open Cash Drawer Manually

Users can manually open the cash drawer.

Manage Products & Prices

Users can add, delete, and edit products, create price lists, and adjust product settings.

Manage User Accounts

Users can view and edit permissions, and adjust clock-in and clock-out times in Settings β†’ Users.

Add Customers

Users can add new customers to the POS system.

Edit Customers

Users can update existing customer profiles.

Manage Invoices

Users can create, edit, delete invoices, and update payment statuses.

Metrics

Users can access sales, revenue, staff performance data, and export reports from Settings β†’ Metrics.

Edit Printer Settings

Users can modify hardware configurations in Settings β†’ Hardware.

Marketing

Users can manage marketing notifications and announcements to customers from Settings β†’ Marketing.

Manage Audits

Users can perform and access audit features.

Manage Admin Settings

Users can modify admin settings, excluding the Website section.

Cash Up

Users have full access to the cash up page and related features.

Edit Cash Ups

Users can edit cash up records.

Cash Up Confirm

Users can review and confirm completed cash up values.

Allow Visibility of Revenue

Users can view revenue data.

Manage Payrolls

Users can manage payrolls in Settings β†’ Users β†’ Payroll.

Manage Refund

Users can handle and issue refunds.

Export Data

Users can export data reports from Settings β†’ Metrics β†’ Data Export.
