When you add a new staff member to your team, you can create a user account for them with specific permissions. These permissions define what actions the user can take within CleanCloud.
You can manage User Permissions by going to Settings > Users > Manage User Accounts.
Below, we explain the different permission types:
Edit Orders | Users can create and edit orders, even if they are paid or completed. They can copy orders into new ones, mark them as cleaned, ready, and take payment. This includes the ability to edit items, payment types, pickup, delivery, and ready dates. |
Edit Complete Orders | Users can edit completed orders, even if they are paid or completed. |
Edit Paid Orders | Users can only edit paid orders. |
Edit Price List of Order & Customer | Users can modify the price list assigned to an order and customer. |
Delete Orders | Users can delete orders once they are on the Cleaning page. |
Add Discounts to Orders | Users can apply discounts to orders, either on the New Order Page or by copying orders into new ones. |
Add Discounts to Customers | Users can apply discounts to customer profiles. |
Add Credits to Customers | Users can apply credit to customer profiles. |
Open Cash Drawer Manually | Users can manually open the cash drawer at any time. |
Manage Products & Prices | Users can add, delete, and edit products in Settings > Products. They can also create price lists, change sections, and modify product buttons. |
Manage User Accounts | Users can access Settings > Users, view permissions, and edit them. They can also adjust clock-in and clock-out times. |
Add Customers | Users can add customers to the POS system. |
Edit Customers | Users can edit existing customer profiles in the POS system. |
Manage Invoices | Users gain access to the invoicing tool. They can create, edit, delete invoices, and update payment statuses. |
Metrics | Users can access Settings > Metrics, view sales, revenue, staff performance, and perform data exports. |
Edit Printer Settings | Users can edit hardware setups configured in Settings > Hardware. |
Marketing | Users can access Settings > Marketing to notify all customers within your CleanCloud account about promotions or announcements. |
Manage Audits | Users can perform audits and access audit features. |
Manage Admin Settings | Users can access and modify settings in the admin section, excluding the 'Website' section. |
Cash Up | Users have full access to the cash up page and features. |
Cash Up Confirm | Users can review and confirm the accuracy of completed cash up values, particularly useful for finance or management verification. |
Allow Visibility of Revenue | Users can see revenue data. |
Manage Payrolls | Users can manage payrolls in Settings > Users > Payroll. |
Manage Refund | Users can manage and issue refunds. |
Export Data | Users can export reports from the Settings > Metrics > Data Export page. |
