Simplify user setup and permission management with User Role Presets in CleanCloud. These presets make it easy to add new staff or manage role transitions efficiently.
How to Create a User Role Preset
Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Security → User Roles.
Click Add User Role.
Name the role and set the required permissions.
Toggle on 'Requires Admin Permission to Assign To a User' if required.
Click Add to save the role.
Press Submit to save your changes.
Using Role Presets
Once created, you can quickly assign roles when adding or editing users in Settings → Users. Simply select the relevant user role for fast and consistent permission assignment.
