On the Settings > Hardware > Barcode Scanner page, you can change what your barcode scanner will do when you scan a printed receipt.
Search Mode
Search mode will quickly find the order in the system and highlight it for you if it is on the Cleaning or Ready page. If the order is on the Cleaning page it will simulate clicking the Cleaned button for you as well, enabling you to quickly process the order.
If you have prompt for rack location option active it will bring up the box asking for rack location. You can then scan a barcode on the rack (if you have them) to assign rack location.
Batch Select Orders as Cleaned
On the Cleaning page, you will be able to scan several receipts, to select a set of orders. The orders will be highlighted on the clean screen.
Once you have selected all the orders, click on 'Batch Clean' at the bottom of the screen. All the selected orders will then be moved to the ready page.
