In CleanCloud, you have the option to scan barcodes using your device's camera, though this is not the recommended workflow. This article will guide you through enabling this feature.
Enabling Camera Barcode Scanning
1. Go to Settings → Hardware and select the Barcode Scanner section.
2. Enable the Use Barcode Scanner option and click the Update button.
3. Make sure to enable Use Barcode Scan Using Device's Camera.
4. Once activated, press Update again.
5. After enabling the camera scanning feature, a barcode icon will appear in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Scanning with the Camera
Click the barcode icon to access the camera scanning functionality.
You can then scan the receipt. Depending on the barcode action you've configured, this will either allow you to batch select orders to mark them as cleaned or direct you to the relevant order.
