CleanCloud supports the following Bluetooth mobile printers for delivery drivers using iPhone, iPad, or Android devices:
Star SM-S220i
Star SM-S230i
ℹ️ Not all languages or special characters are supported on these printers.
Step 1 – Set Up the Printer
Turn on the printer and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds
On your iOS or Android device, go to Settings and enable Bluetooth
Select Star Micronics from the list of available devices
Enter the PIN 1234 and tap Pair
Ensure paper is loaded in the printer before proceeding
Step 2 – Configure the Printer in the CleanCloud Driver App
Log in using your CleanCloud POS credentials
Open the menu (three lines in the top left) and select Settings
Tap Find Printer to automatically detect the printer
Select the printer and choose EscPosMobile (Default) as the printer emulation
Tap Update
Return to your orders and select one
You should now see a printer icon. Tap it to print a test order
The printout should look like this:
🧪 Additional Printers – Driver App Beta Only
The following printers are supported in the new CleanCloud Driver App beta. If you are taking part in the beta, you can use these Epson Mobilink printers with your device:
Mobilink TM-P20II
Mobilink TM-P80II
Mobilink TM-P80II Plus
ℹ️ There is a possibility that other printers supporting Epson's ESC/POS printer language may also work, however this has not yet been confirmed. We will update this article as we learn more.
