We've been working hard on the next generation of the CleanCloud Driver App. This isn't just an update. It's built from the ground up and will help us continue improving the app faster in future.
This version includes a range of improvements and new features, including dark mode, two-step pickup/delivery flow, two-factor authentication (2FA), Epson printer integration, and much more. This guide will help you join and get set up.
ℹ️ We're opening up beta access so our community can be among the first to try it and make sure there is nothing that interrupts your important daily workflow. Whilst the beta is active, it is very easy to revert to the previous version if you encounter a major issue, but we do encourage you to prepare your team before the full rollout.

Supported Printers
The beta app includes expanded printer support alongside the existing printers available in the standard app.
Printer | Standard App | Beta App |
Star SM-S220i | ✅ | ✅ |
Star SM-S230i | ✅ | ✅ |
Mobilink TM-P20II | ❌ | ✅ |
Mobilink TM-P80II | ❌ | ✅ |
Mobilink TM-P80II Plus | ❌ | ✅ |
ℹ️ Not all languages or special characters are supported on Star printers. Other printers that support Epson's ESC/POS printer language may also work with the beta app, however this has not yet been fully confirmed. We will update this as we learn more.
For more information and setup, see Supported Mobile Printers for Delivery Drivers.
Offline Mode
The beta includes an automatic Offline Mode, allowing drivers to continue working even when they temporarily lose signal.
Whether they’re delivering to an apartment building, collecting from a basement location, or simply passing through an area with poor reception, drivers can continue capturing signatures, uploading photos, and completing pickups and deliveries as normal.
Any actions completed while offline are securely stored on the device and automatically synced to CleanCloud once a connection is restored, ensuring drivers can keep working without interruption.
Returning to the Original Version
You can return to the standard version of the Driver App at any time.
Android: Go to the app listing on Google Play, scroll down and tap Leave the beta, then uninstall and reinstall the app to get the standard version.
iOS: Open TestFlight, find the CleanCloud Driver App and tap Stop Testing. Then download the standard version from the App Store.
