You have the ability to include a QR code on the receipts you give your customers. When the customer scans the QR code on the receipt using their mobile phone, it will take them to their browser and load up an E-Receipt for that specific order.
To get this set up:
Ensure you're logged into your CleanCloud account, then go to Settings > Hardware > Receipt Printer.
Enable the 'Print QR for E-Receipt' setting and then click on the submit button.
This will then appear via a QR code on the receipt you give your customers.
Please note: barcodes will only print if you are using a thermal receipt printer. It does not work on garment tag printers, or laser/inkjet printers.
