CleanCloud supports Serial and USB HID-Compliant Weight Scales on PC. It also works with Macs but is less reliable.
To activate your weight scale (USB):
Make sure you have QZTray installed and running on your PC or Mac. If you do have it installed you can install it from https://qz.io/download
Plug your scale into your computer by USB and make sure it is turned on
Go to Settings > Hardware and select the Weight Scale section
Select USB (HID-Compliant) as the Port
Click the Find Vendor ID for Scale button
Select your scale from the list of devices
One selected scroll down and press the Update button
To activate your weight scale (Serial):
Make sure you have QZTray installed and running on your PC or Mac. If you do have it installed you can install it from https://qz.io/download
Plug your scale into your computer using the Serial Port or a Serial->USB adapter and make sure it is turned on
Go to Settings > Hardware and select the Weight Scale section
Select the correct Serial Port (e.g. COM1) that the weight scale is connected to
Scroll down and press the Update button
