In CleanCloud, you can easily adjust the layout, font sizes, and content of your store and customer receipts. Follow the steps below to make the changes you need.
Changing Font Sizes or Hiding Receipt Elements
Navigate to Settings → Hardware → Receipt Printer.
Scroll down and click on either Store Copy or Customer Copy to open the Customize Receipt popup.
Edit the font sizes for different parts of your receipt. Optionally, make certain parts bold or hide specific elements.
Press Submit to apply the changes.
How to Add Custom Text to Receipts
Navigate to Settings → Hardware → Receipt Printer.
Scroll to the Custom Text on Receipt field.
Enter your desired custom message and press Update.
✅ Your custom text will now be printed on all receipts.
