In CleanCloud, you can add a QR code to customer receipts, which, when scanned with a mobile phone, will open an E-Receipt for the specific order.
📌 Note: QR codes will only print if you are using a thermal receipt printer. They will not print on garment tag printers, laser printers, or inkjet printers.
Steps to Enable QR Code for E-Receipt
Go to Settings → Hardware → Receipt Printer.
Enable the Print QR for E-Receipt setting.
Click the Submit button to save your changes.
✅ A QR code will now be printed on each customer receipt, allowing easy access to the E-Receipt.
