In this article, we will cover how to return your SP700 printer back to its original format of being in Star mode - which is our recommended mode for this printer. Please note, for this you will need a Phillips head screwdriver (Otherwise known as a Pozidriv).
Follow the below steps
Turn off the printer and unplug all connecting cables.
Turn over your printer and unscrew the access panel as indicated in this image:
Move Dipswitch number 4 to the top, being very careful to not move any other switches.
Your switches should look like the below image.
Screw the access panel back on.
Connect your cables and power the printer back on.
