Absolutely! You have the flexibility to choose between pickup or delivery, while DoorDash handles the other part.
Collaborating with DoorDash for Pickup & Delivery
Once a customer has placed an order in the app, the order will show in the DoorDash section of your CleanCloud Dashboard, seen in the top-right corner of your screen. By clicking the DoorDash icon, you can expand a list of all your orders.
If you have activated the “Require journey confirmation” option, you have the ability to either Accept or Reject the DoorDash journeys, as shown below:
Things to consider:
It's important to Accept both the pickup and delivery portions of the order separately so that each part of the order can move into the Pickup & Delivery workflow.
If you were to only accept one part of an overall order, say the delivery, but leave the pickup not accepted, it would mean that the pickup end of the order is going to be handled by your store, and only the delivery is going to be handled by DoorDash - or vice versa.
