Once your DoorDash integration is activated, you can begin the process of setting up your DoorDash Credits.
DoorDash Journey Credits
These credits are to cover all fees that you elect to pay for each DoorDash order that is made through your store. The fees are intended to cover the cost of each DoorDash order.
Note: Once your DoorDash trial has ended, an option will be available in the Payments section, thus allowing you to turn on “Auto Topup when below 300 credits”, so you never run out of credits.
DoorDash Credit Bundles
Here is an overview of the DoorDash credit packages that are offered to both trial and active accounts.
1. Trial Accounts
During your trial period, we offer credit options of $25, $50, and $100. Experience DoorDash functionality without heavy upfront investment.
2. Active Accounts
After your 30-day trial ends, you can buy credits starting at $200, then $500, $1,000, and up to $2,500.
