DoorDash Fee Scheme
There is a charge for both the pickup and delivery leg and additional fees may also apply to DoorDash journeys.
Base fee | $7.50 per ride (pickup or delivery) within a 3-mile radius. |
Incremental mile fee | Additional $0.70 per mile (up to 15 miles maximum distance). At the moment, the DoorDash integration has a maximum coverage area of 15 miles from your store address. |
Dasher waiting time fee | A $0.25 fee applies if dashers wait more than 6 minutes at stores. |
🗒️ Important: You will need to ensure that DoorDash credits are purchased to make journeys, these can be purchased from Settings > Admin > Pickup and Delivery > DoorDash > Credits.
