How to use the updated Journeys Dashboard
1. Search and filter orders quickly
Use the Quick search bar at the top of the Journeys Dashboard to look up:
Customer name
Order ID
Click the filter icon to apply advanced filters by status:
Order status: All, Cleaning, Ready, Completed, Delivery, Awaiting, Pickup, Detailing
Pickup status: All, Pending, Rejected by store, Scheduled, Driver assigned, Picked up, At store, Cancelled, Pending return, Returned, Could not deliver, Dropoff
Delivery status: All, Pending, Rejected by store, Scheduled, Driver assigned, Picked up, At store, Cancelled, Pending return, Returned, Could not deliver, Dropoff
2. Track completed journeys via Live Track
You can now use Live Track even after a journey has been completed. This allows you to:
Review the courier’s route
See event logs after the order has been delivered
The Live Track link will redirect you to either an Uber or DoorDash tracking page, depending on the integration used.
3. View all transactions and credits in one place
A new Transactions tab lets you review:
Credit purchases
Other transactions (e.g., fees, deductions, auto-refunds, manual refunds)
You can also access transaction history at the order level by opening the order and clicking Transactions.
🪄 Tip: This is helpful for checking whether credit deductions were applied correctly or if automatic refunds were issued.
4. View delivery photos and signatures in the dashboard
Photos and signatures (if enabled) taken by couriers are now displayed directly in the Journey view by opening the Gallery tab. No need to open individual orders.
🤓 Pro tip: This makes it easier to verify the condition of delivered items at a glance.
5. Understand cancellation reasons clearly
We've improved how cancellation reasons are displayed. If an order is canceled, you’ll now see a clear explanation under Cancellation reason, based on what was provided by the courier or delivery provider.
6. Contact Uber drivers for live orders
You can now contact Uber drivers directly after they’re assigned to a delivery. Here’s how it works:
Once a courier is assigned, you'll see their name, phone number, and a PIN code in the journey details.
Call the provided number.
An automated voice prompt will ask you to enter the PIN.
Once verified, you'll be connected to the courier via a voice-only call.
ⓘ Important: This contact method is available from the moment the courier is assigned until 30 minutes after the trip ends.
