Step-by-Step Guide
There are a couple of steps to get started using FasCard Machine Control. The first step is to enter your FasCard details in hardware settings.
If you have already done this, please skip to Step 2.
To complete these steps, you’ll need your CCI API information. If you don’t have it, please click the button below. If you already have your CCI information on hand, please proceed with the steps outlined below.
1. Add Your FasCard Details
Navigate to Settings → Hardware → Laundry Cards, and select FasCard from the dropdown.
Enter your FasCard account details and click Activate Station. Once this is complete it should resemble the screenshot below.
2. Enable FasCard Machine Control
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Washers and Dryers.
Enable the FasCard Control Machines option with the Toggle.
⚠️ This toggle will only be visible once Step 1 has been completed.
3. Link Machines to FasCard
You now need to tell CleanCloud what Machine corresponds with what FasCard Reader ID. To do this, you must edit each machine in your list and:
Select the FasCard Machine ID from the dropdown (this is the unique ID linked to its reader).
Click Submit to save your changes.
Once complete it will look similar to the screenshot below
📌 Note: Every machine must have a unique FasCard ID and a FasCard device reader installed.
4. Send Orders to Machines
Once everything is connected, you can drag and drop orders using the machines page as usual. However, if you select a FasCard-linked machine, CleanCloud will automatically vend the value to the machine.
The attendant will then just need to click start.
