LaundryCard and FasCard streamline laundromat operations, handling cash collection and employee management.
Getting Started
To set up LaundryCard and FasCard, follow these easy steps:
Navigate to Settings โ Hardware โ Laundry Cards.
Choose the system you're using and click Update.
๐ช Tip: You will need to contact CCI to obtain your POS Number, Store Number, Username, and Password.
For LaundryCard
Use your Store number as the Store ID in CleanCloud, which you'll find after logging in to your LaundryCard dashboard.
For FasCard
For FasCard you should use your Location ID as the Store ID, when prompted in CleanCloud.
Here are some steps to locate your Location ID within your FasCard account:
Go to โSetupโ and select the โLocationsโ tab.
Choose the relevant location.
From the URL, locate the number after
"locid="
for the Store ID in CleanCloud.

How to Link a LaundryCard or FasCard to a Customer
To link a LaundryCard or FasCard ID to a customer:
Click the Pencil icon to Start editing a customer's information within the CRM, this can done from the Search or New Order page.
Find the appropriate LaundryCard ID or FasCard ID field, and enter the information.
Once you click Submit the card information will be saved to their CleanCloud profile.
Once a customer's ID is saved, a "LaundryCard Available" green box will appear at the bottom right.
Click this box to access real-time information from the customer's Laundry Card Account, including their current balance. You can also edit the information stored about the customer on their card.
Charging LaundryCard or FasCard
Processing and taking payment for an order works just the same as any other payment method and can be done on both the New Order and Ready Page.
