On the "Ready" page, you may need to process payment for an order. This article is designed to guide you through the steps involved in making a payment for an order, as well as the option to make a payment without marking it as “Collected.”
Payment vs. Collected
When looking at an order on the Ready page, you will see 2 different buttons in the right-hand column, as shown below:
These vary in nature and only appear under certain circumstances, which are explained below.
Payment | Collected |
When an order is on the Ready page and payment hasn't been made yet, clicking the "Payment" button will initiate the payment process for that order. |
When an order has been paid and the only remaining task is to return it to the customer, clicking "Collected" indicates to CleanCloud that the customer has received their order.

Taking Payment
When you click the "Payment" button, a payment popup will appear, prompting you to confirm your payment method. Additionally, there’s a checkbox that determines whether you want to mark this order as complete. By ticking this box, you’re essentially completing the order simultaneously with the payment.
Marking a 0-Value Order as Paid
If an order appears on the Ready page with a value of 0, you can mark it as Payment Not Required. This helps keep your database and reports clean and accurate. As shown in the image below, the "Not Required" checkbox only appears when an order has a 0 value and still needs to be marked as paid.
