You can now increase the security and reliability of your DoorDash orders by enabling photo and signature verification upon delivery.
How to Enable Delivery Verification
Navigate to Settings → Admin → Pickup & Delivery → DoorDash
Under Delivery Verification, choose either Photo Proof or No Verification.
Click Submit to save your changes.
Enabling Photo Proof will require the Dasher (DoorDash driver) to capture a photo and collect a signature upon delivery, ensuring a secure handoff of orders.
