CleanCloud allows you to create and customize washer and dryer cycles, as well as cycle modifiers to tailor your laundry services. Here's how to set them up:

How to Create a Custom Cycle?

To create a Custom Cycle in CleanCloud go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Washers and Dryers, and scroll down until you see the Washer Cycles, Washer Modifiers, Dryer Cycle, and, Dryer Cycles.

Clicking 'Add Washer Cycle' and 'Add Dryer Cycle', shows a new popup where you can enter the details of the new cycle, assign it to a particular machine, give it a default time, set a price and colour-code it. This process stays the same no matter the machine type.

ⓘ Notes:

  • You can rearrange the order of washer and dryer cycles by dragging them up or down on the left side of the page.

  • Custom cycle prices will override the default machine price.

  • Here at CleanCloud, we can see this working great if you have a specific cycle for hypoallergenic customers or need clothes washed on a dedicated delicate cycle.

How to Create a Cycle Modifier?

Cycle modifiers are a game changer for businesses who have little extras they charge for during the wash, such as dryer sheets, or extra fabric softener.

To create a Cycle Modifier in CleanCloud go to Settings > Admin > Workflow > Washers and Dryers, and scroll down until you see the Washer Cycles, Washer Modifiers, Dryer Cycle, and, Dryer Cycles.

Clicking 'Add Washer Modifier' and 'Add Dryer Modifier', shows a brand new popup, this popup is where you customise the new modifier, attach it to a particular cycle, and give it a price. We see it being used for scent-boosting beads or any other chargeable extra like dryer sheets.

How Do I Use Custom Cycles and Cycle Modifiers?

Using any Custom Cycles and Cycle Modifiers is easy, and requires no extra steps, once they're made it's as easy as using the default cycles!
