How do they work?

Subscriptions with non-integrated payment providers work the same way they do with integrated payment providers, instead, they're processed as invoices, this means customers on a subscription will be created an invoice for the value of their subscription plus any of the previous months' overage.

How to create a subscription?

Creating subscriptions is as easy as ever, and the process stays the same, we have a great article regarding setting up subscriptions which can be found here: How to Setup Subscriptions?

Payment Scheduling

Subscriptions can now be created and added to customers in stores without integrated payments. The value of the subscription will be shown on the unpaid invoices page, staff will have to collect the subscription in cash and mark the invoice as paid.

Note: The invoice will appear as paid if the auto charge went through, if not it will appear as unpaid. In order to access the invoices page go to Settings > Invoice.
