At CleanCloud, we have created a portal allowing your employees to view all the pay stubs they have received whilst working for your business. Simply direct them to the CleanCloud Payroll Dashboard where they can log in as they normally would when using the CleanCloud POS.

This is particularly useful for staff members who are employed as Contractors, as it allows them to view their earnings throughout the year and remain tax-compliant.

As an employer, you also have the ability to view all these pay stubs in the CleanCloud POS which you can download and print to hand to your employees if you prefer a hard copy.

Simply head to Settings > Users > Payroll, and click on any of the previously run payrolls to access an employee's pay stub.

These pay stubs will also provide a further breakdown of all tax deductions on each payroll, as well as showing gross earnings year to date.
