Activating CleanCloud Payroll

The first step in automating your payroll through CleanCloud.

We have made activating CleanCloud payroll a simple task for all of our customers, but we strongly advise you have set your employees up as Users within the POS before you get started. Simply follow this article to add all employees to your CleanCloud account if you haven't already > Adding New Users & Staff Members

Activating payroll can also be done by following these written steps, head to Settings > Admin > Payments & Finances > Payroll and simply click ‘Sign up to Gusto Payroll’.

You will then be greeted by an initial form requiring some very basic company information, including your FEIN as shown below.

Please fill this in to activate CleanCloud Payroll and continue to enter the required information through the onboarding stage which should take roughly 15 minutes.

Alternatively, let an expert member of the CleanCloud payroll team complete 75% of the registration for you by submitting the relevant information to our ‘Sign Up Form’ now > Gusto Sign Up Form.

Already a Gusto customer? Great news! Simply head to the area outlined above and click the link below to migrate your existing payroll over to CleanCloud and save $1 on each employee.
