How To Onboard With CleanCloud Payroll

This article provides you with the steps required to finish the set up of your CleanCloud payroll.

Once you have activated your payroll account with CleanCloud, you will be taken through a few more steps where you will enter the information you gathered during the “What Information Is Required To Set Up Payroll” stage.

The checklist of things you need to complete is as follows:

  1. Add Your Company’s Addresses

  2. Add Your Employees

    1. Please confirm Employment Status, Payment Type, Rate & Hire Date for all employees

    2. Ensure you check the box to send email for employee self-onboarding

  3. Enter Your Federal Tax Information

  4. Select Your Industry

  5. Add Your Bank Account

  6. Select A Pay Schedule

  7. Enter Your State Tax Information

  8. Sign Documents

  9. Verify Bank Information

    1. Only relevant if you chose to manually add your bank account in Step 5

    2. Gusto will take two test deposits out of your account over the next 48 hours, simply enter them here

  10. Submit To Gusto For Review

We suggest you have the information ready for onboarding so it can be completed as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that Gusto will take up to 48 hours to verify your information thereafter.

👉 Important note: You can always come back to your onboarding at a later stage if you need to gather any of the above information for the onboarding by following the below steps:

  • Go to Settings > Users > Payroll > click “Finish Onboarding”.
