Enhance security with CleanCloud's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Follow these steps to enable and use 2FA for your account.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Go to SettingsUsersManage User Accounts.

  2. Select the user and click the pencil icon to edit.

  3. Scroll to 'Two-Factor Authentication' and click 'Set Up 2FA'.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Download an Authenticator App (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile).

  2. Scan the QR code using the authenticator app.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click 'Verify'.

  4. Click 'Update' to confirm.

🔐 Two-factor authentication is now enabled!

Logging In with Two-Factor Authentication

  • Enter login credentials and input the 6-digit code from the authenticator app.

  • Authenticator codes expire every 30 seconds.

🗒️ Notes:

  • Driver App: 2FA is currently enabled only for POS access, not the Driver App. Enabling it will restrict access to the Driver App. Future updates will expand this feature.

  • Switching Users with PIN: If 2FA is enabled, users must enter a 6-digit code when switching via PIN.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication

  • Go to the Users page, access user details, and click 'Disable 2FA'.

  • Only store admins can disable 2FA.
