Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Go to Settings → Users → Manager User Accounts.
Select the user and click the pencil icon to edit.
Scroll to 'Two-Factor Authentication' and click 'Set Up 2FA'.
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Download an Authenticator App*.
Scan the QR code to retrieve the verification code.
Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click 'Verify'.
Click 'Update' to confirm.
🔐 Two-factor authentication is now enabled!
📌 *Recommended Authenticator Apps: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile.
Logging In with Two-Factor Authentication
Enter login credentials and input the 6-digit code from the authenticator app.
Authenticator codes are valid for 30 seconds.
🗒️ Notes:
Driver App: Currently, 2FA is enabled solely for POS access and not for the Driver App. Enabling it will restrict user access to the Driver App. Future updates will extend this feature.
Switching Users with PIN: If 2FA is enabled, enter a 6-digit code when switching users via PIN.
Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
Access user details from the Users page, click 'Disable 2FA', and confirm.
Only store admins can disable 2FA.
