Enhance security with CleanCloud's Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Follow these steps to enable and use 2FA for your account.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
Go to Settings → Users → Manage User Accounts.
Select the user and click the pencil icon to edit.
Scroll to 'Two-Factor Authentication' and click 'Set Up 2FA'.
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Download an Authenticator App (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile).
Scan the QR code using the authenticator app.
Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click 'Verify'.
Click 'Update' to confirm.
🔐 Two-factor authentication is now enabled!
Logging In with Two-Factor Authentication
Enter login credentials and input the 6-digit code from the authenticator app.
Authenticator codes expire every 30 seconds.
🗒️ Notes:
Driver App: 2FA is currently enabled only for POS access, not the Driver App. Enabling it will restrict access to the Driver App. Future updates will expand this feature.
Switching Users with PIN: If 2FA is enabled, users must enter a 6-digit code when switching via PIN.
Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
Go to the Users page, access user details, and click 'Disable 2FA'.
Only store admins can disable 2FA.
