Automate billing with recurring invoices. Learn how to enable automatic card charges for streamlined invoicing.

Streamline your billing process by automatically charging your customers' saved cards when creating repeating invoices.

Activating Automatic Card Charges

1. For New Invoices

To configure this feature when creating a new repeating invoice:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Invoice.

  2. Click on 'New Invoice' in the top right corner.

  3. Choose 'Repeating', fill in the required fields, and tick the 'Charge Card' box under 'Auto Charge Saved Card'.

Note: This applies to new invoices created post-feature release; past invoices remain unchanged. To update past invoices, see below.


2. For Existing Repeating Invoices

You can activate auto-payment for existing recurring invoices by editing them.

  1. Locate the invoice and click the edit icon.

  2. Enable the 'Charge Card' option.
