Learn how to automate payments for repeating invoices by charging customers' saved cards for new and existing invoices.

Streamline your billing by automatically charging customers' saved cards for repeating invoices.

Activating Automatic Card Charges

1. For New Invoices

To set up automatic card charges when creating a new repeating invoice:

  • Go to Settings → Invoice.

  • Click New Invoice in the top right corner.

  • Select Repeating, complete the required fields, and check the Charge Card box under Auto Charge Saved Card.

📌 Note: This applies to new invoices created after the feature release. Past invoices are unaffected. To update past invoices, follow the instructions below.


2. For Existing Repeating Invoices

To enable auto-payment for existing repeating invoices:

  • Find the invoice and click the edit icon.

  • Check the Charge Card option.
