CleanCloud allows you to notify customers to update their card details if an auto-charge fails when marking an order as Cleaned. This notification feature is helpful for accounts using a stored card on file through payment integrations like CleanCloud Pay or Clearent.

How to Enable the Notification

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings.

  2. Under Send Notifications For, toggle on When Auto Charge Saved Card Fails.

This will notify customers to update their payment details if the auto-charge attempt is unsuccessful.

🪄 Tip: Explore additional notification options available in CleanCloud by checking out our full guide: Order Update Notifications.
