Processing payments through CleanCloud with your CleanCloud Pay terminal is really simple.
Connect Your Terminal to Your WiFi Network
Before you can start using CleanCloud Pay, you will need to connect your terminal to your WiFi network. Click here for detailed steps on connecting your terminal.
Start Processing Payments Through Your Terminal
Once your terminal is set up in your POS and connected to WiFi, you will be able to start processing payments through your terminal straight away. The process for doing so is listed below:
Create an order within your CleanCloud POS.
Click “Submit”.
From your payment window, you can then select Card Terminal (CC Pay).
Payment will then appear on your Terminal screen.
You can pay by Debit, Credit, Contactless and digital wallet payments.
Once your customer pays for the order, you will see a pop-up window on your POS to let you know the transaction is complete.
Pay for Invoices with CleanCloud Pay Terminal
Now, customers can conveniently and securely pay for invoices using our CleanCloud Pay terminal. Streamlining payments for a better customer experience.
