CleanCloud provides Plant staff with an interface to manage order workflow. This includes tracking order pickup from the store, cleaning processes, and delivery back to the store.

Store staff can easily monitor order status, differentiating between orders in the Plant (marked with 'P') and those at the Store (marked with 'S') on the Cleaning page.

If you have multiple stores sending orders to a central Plant, the Plant interface consolidates orders from all stores on one page, making order processing more efficient.

CleanCloud allows you to track precise cleaning information, including the time an order was cleaned and the employee responsible. This data is accessible through order data exports under Settings > Metrics > Data Export.

You will find the “Plant Cleaned Time” and “Plant Cleaned By” fields in the Orders (Sales) or Orders (Revenue) files for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
