If you run a central cleaning facility we provide a Plant Mode where staff at the plant can manage orders from multiple stores.
For Plant Staff
CleanCloud provides Plant staff with an interface to manage order workflow. This includes tracking order pickup from the store, cleaning processes, and delivery back to the store.
For Store Staff
Store staff can easily monitor order status, differentiating between orders in the Plant (marked with 'P') and those at the Store (marked with 'S') on the Cleaning page.
For Multiple Stores
If you have multiple stores sending orders to a central Plant, the Plant interface consolidates orders from all stores on one page, making order processing more efficient.
