Promo codes can be added to an order by your staff in-store, or the customer can use the promo code from the pickup and delivery app.
Adding Promo Code to Orders In Store
If you wish to add a promo code to an order, simply make sure that the “Show Promo Code” box is activated on your settings. To do this, navigate to Settings > Admin > New Order Page.
Once you begin creating a new order, click on the upward-facing arrow near the 'Submit' button. There you will find the “Add Promo” box.
Once you have chosen that option, a new window will display the list of codes you have recently used. If you can't find what you are looking for, use the search bar to search through the active promo codes.
Once you have selected the desired code, the specific rules of the promo code will automatically be applied to the order.
Allowing Customers to Enter Promo Codes in the Pickup and Delivery Apps
To allow customers to use promo codes with your pickup and delivery app, make sure either or both of the options - “Show Promo Code box on Sign Up” and “Show Promo Code box when Placing Order” - are enabled in Settings > Pickup and Delivery > General Settings.

When you have the promo code boxes enabled, your customers will be able to see the box to add the code and add it to their order. This will then apply the rules of the promo to the order.
