Promo Carousels are a great option for anyone trying to prompt more heavily to customers to place orders. We see them being used seasonally to promote specials or all year round to grab the customers’ attention to a Promocode or subscription page. Promo Carousels are displayed in both the booking tool and customer app.

Setting up a Promo Carousel is simple, just follow these easy steps:

1. Go to Settings → Admin → Discounts & Promos → Promo Carousel.

2. Click 'Add Promo Carousel Slide' to begin. This action will trigger a pop-up window.

3. Here you can customize your Promo Carousel slide by adjusting the title, text, button action, button text, and expiry date, selecting an image, and defining colors according to your preferences. The available button actions include:

4. Once satisfied, click 'Add Promo'.

5. After completing all necessary details, click 'Submit' to activate your promo carousel. Your promotions will now be visible on the customer app and booking tool.

You have the ability to rearrange the order Promo Carousels show to your customers to ensure they're always seeing the most relevant promotion.

This can be done on Settings → Admin → Discounts & Promos → Promo Carousel. Simply click, drag and drop each card to organize them in the order you prefer.
