This dynamic tool allows you to showcase promotions directly to your customers within the customer app/booking tool.
To set up your promo carousel, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to Settings > Admin > Discounts & Promos > Promo Carousel.
2. Click 'Add Promo Carousel Slide' to begin. This action will trigger a pop-up window.
3. Customize your promo carousel slide by adjusting the title, text, button action, button text, and expiry date, selecting an image, and defining colours according to your preferences. The available button actions include:
Create Order
Create Repeat Pickup Order
View Pricing
Show Long Text
Use Promo
Gift Card
Redirect to the Subscription Page
🗒️ Pro Tip: Ensure your promo carousel images are sized optimally at 90x168px for best display.
4. Once satisfied, click 'Add Promo'.
5. After completing all necessary details, click 'Submit' to activate your promo carousel. Your promotions will now be visible on the customer app and booking tool.
Note: Manage your promo carousel slides effortlessly by toggling them on/off or deleting them directly from Settings > Admin > Discounts & Promos > Promo Carousel.
