Your staff can apply promo codes to an order in-store, or the customer can enter their code easily using the app. Here's how this works!

Your team can apply promo codes to an order in-store, or customers can redeem them through the pickup and delivery app. This article explains the steps for both methods.


Adding Promo Code to Orders In Store

Adding a Promo Code to an in store order is easy as can be, simply make sure that the “Show Promo Code” option is activated on your settings. To do this, navigate to Settings → Admin → New Order Page.

Once you begin creating a new order, click on the upward-facing arrow near the 'Submit' button. There you will find the “Add Promo” box.

Once you have chosen that option, a new window will display the list of codes you have recently used. If you can't find what you are looking for, use the search bar to search through the active promo codes.

Once you have selected the desired code, the specific rules of the promo code will automatically be applied to the order.


Adding a Promo Code in the App or Booking Tool

To allow customers to use promo codes in the customer app or booking tool, make sure the options - “Show Promo Code box on Sign Up” and “Show Promo Code box when Placing Order” - are enabled in Settings → Pickup and Delivery → General Settings.
