Set up Loyalty Discount Rules to reward customers automatically based on specific criteria. Here's how:
Creating a Discount Rule
Navigate to Settings > Admin > Discounts & Promos.
Scroll to 'Loyalty Discount Rules' and click 'Add Loyalty Discount Rule'.
In the new tab, set criteria for spending amount or order frequency.
Specify the time frame and discount percentage. It's possible to 'Exclude Business Customers' if needed.
Click 'Add Rule' to activate the scheme and 'Submit' changes.
Note: The Loyalty Discount Rules are run every hour on CleanCloud's server and will update your customer database automatically.
