Setting Up Your In-Store Card Terminal
Follow the provided terminal instructions to connect it to your network.
Access Settings > Admin > Payments in your CleanCloud Admin account.
Scroll to the Paymentsense box and input the Card Terminal Host, API Key, and TPI provided by Paymentsense.
Click Update.
Charging a Customer Using In-Store Card Terminal
From the New Order Page:
Place an order as usual and select 'Pay by Card (Paymentsense)' as the payment method.
After submission, instructions for payment will appear on the terminal.
From the Ready Page:
Click on the 'Payment' button next to the order you wish to charge.
Select 'Pay by Card - Paymentsense'.
Follow on-screen instructions provided by the terminal for payment completion.
Pro tip: Successful terminal payments will update the order status as 'Paid' in CleanCloud.
