Integrating with Stripe enables secure credit card payments via CleanCloud and the secure storage of card details for swift future transactions. It also allows customers to conveniently pay through notification email links or your online booking tool.
Adding Stripe
To begin, navigate to Settings > Admin > Payments & Finances > Payments and select 'Connect to Stripe'.
Create your Stripe account and authorize CleanCloud to establish the connection.
Using Stripe
To charge a customer using Stripe, choose the 'Pay by Card (Stripe)' option on the New Order page.
For Pay on Collection, select 'Pay by Stripe' on the Ready page.
Availability
Stripe is accessible in specific countries.
Transaction Costs
Stripe's merchant fee aligns with your country's rate (available at Stripe Pricing), along with a $0.05 integration fee.
Note: The ability to add a Stripe card is now exclusively available on CleanCloud V2, ensuring PCI compliance.
