Laundroworks is a specialized laundry card system that enables customers to store digital balances on contactless cards for processing their orders. For additional information, visit their website at Laundroworks.

Setting Up Integration

  1. Navigate to CleanCloud's settings by clicking on Settings > Hardware > Laundry Cards.

  2. Select "Laundroworks" as your card type.

  3. Enter your Laundroworks username and password.

  4. For additional information on this setup, log in to your Laundroworks account and access your account settings.

  5. Click the Update button to save your configuration.


How It Works

Follow this straightforward workflow for a seamless Laundroworks experience:

  1. Start by selecting a customer from the New Order page.

  2. Detail the order as you normally would.

  3. Opt for the payment method 'Pay by Laundroworks'.

  4. Input the Laundroworks card number.

  5. Proceed to process the order as usual.

Pro tip: Charging the Laundroworks card is also possible on the 'Ready' page.


Connecting Devices

The POS reader is wirelessly networked, just like laundry machine readers. There's no wire that needs to be connected from the POS reader to the POS computer; the communication is through the cloud.
